The project Geographies of the Sea is an art and technology project that explores questions as data visualization and artistic experimentation of the sea through interactive installations and many other media art productions. Its cartography combines videos, graphics, gps data, words, audio and photos of the sea around the region of Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. One of the intentions of this project is to create an immersive experimentation of the sea and its geopolitical context, generating reflection, contemplations and different perceptions on environmental issues.
